Hello all! A few months back i had hit a plateau in my weight loss, and i was thinking to myself, “What am i holding onto that i love to eat that is keeping me from reaching my goal of loosing this baby weight”? I started thinking of the condiments that i put on my foods. Then it hit me……I was addicted to Ranch dressing ! I put it on everything, a little on my salad, a little on my chicken, my stir fry, rice, steak, and dipped all my veggies in it. I started thinking how much every little bit i had adds up and i almost made myself sick. I knew i couldn’t go cold turkey and not put anything on my meats, veggies, chips, and salad, so i created a healthy dairy-free, gluten-free, and even sugar free clean eating salsa! Don’t get me wrong, its not your ranch, but its so much healthier and it was exactly what a body needs sometimes as it is holding on to some of the things that are blocking you from getting down to your last few lbs.
