Healthy Living is not a “diet” its a Lifestyle! This page is so important to me and my family. It took me until i was 30 years old to realize the “healthy” i was eating and drinking wasn’t Healthy Living! For so long thought a Diet Coke and a frozen microwave meal was the way to go for a busy lifestyle! Learning to eat “real food” and fueling our bodies with the foods that help it work at its best is a must! Learning and teaching our children to make the right choices is easier than you think! One of the hardest things i have had to learn since having children and having my body change completely in shape and feel is Balance. Balancing work, home, food, kids, spouse, and exercise! It can be done, and healthy living is not perfect, it’s progress! Everyday as a Mom our goal should be to just be one day healthier than the day before. There are days we take a step back and that’s okay, that just means you are NORMAL! We as Momma’s and women in general are so hard on ourselves and we are never satisfied with our body, but i have had to learn to give myself a break and enjoy life and my body. My healthy living page and posts are dedicated to all you ladies out there trying to live healthy, balance life, and to get meal prep and recipe ideas that work for you and a busy lifestyle. Tips and tricks that will help you fit in that daily exercise and information for you on why we even need to get healthy and how it can effect your life with your kids and grandkids in the future! It can be done and we will talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly. Healthy Living is composed of real women, real food, forget all the fake, besides we don’t have time to fake it, we only have time to get straight to the point!
