Happy Monday! I have been eyeing what i could find that would be low maintenance, move around, and will return year after year for my front porch. It seems the busier life gets with work and kids the less time we have to spruce up our curb appeal. I searched and found so many options of Topiaries it was overwhelming, but then as i put them in my cart on the website to purchase…….Holy Expensive!!! So, I asked my handy hubby to whip me up some diy planters and i would take it from there. As i was taking my final pics for this blog post of the planters and my finished plants, out from no where my husband comes outside the garage runs up behind me and does some sort of herky as i am snapping my last pic. Also, if you are wondering yes that is a tub of mint chocolate ice cream and a spoon in his hand. I swear what is wrong with our husbands sometimes, i could not help but add this photo because i was laughing hysterical at this pic, and of course wondering how much our neighbors now think we are weirder than ever! I hope you enjoy this project!
Happy Hump Day Everyone!

I have been working on so many DIY projects to get them ready for you my husband is about ready to take on a third job ! LOL! Just kidding, but really you should see his face when i tell him i have another idea, its priceless! My first project for my Spring front porch is a Welcome sign! We have a bare spot to the left of our front door that just screams “Decorate Me” and i can’t stand to see the nail in the siding that is there so this definitely got my DIY attention!
